You don’t need a title to make impact

How to make impact in life, at work or business - motivational quote
We live in a society that places so much importance on titles. I remember those days that anyone who made a few millions would run to his village to obtain one chieftaincy title or the other. At a time, in some places, it became a battle of the 'highest bidders' for the titles. Why? Everybody wants to be called chief and seen as someone very important.

The Wisdom in Diversification

Need to have different porfolios and streams of income during economic depression
In these uncertain economic times, we need to talk about this. A school of thought believes one should put all his eggs in one basket and watch over it, while another school is of the opinion that you should put your eggs in different baskets to guard against the unexpected. Different strokes for different folks, you may say. But the question still remains: “Is there wisdom in diversification of one's means of income?”

CNN report on world's best dressed squeegee man, showing dignity in labour
I cherish the never-say-die attitude youths in the country exhibit, especially during this time that the challenge of unemployment is biting so hard. It is quite uplifting to read stories of young men and woman who defy the odds to overcome the menace of joblessness, instead of taking to the life of crimes. One of such persons is Abdulahi Olatoyan, a university dropout, whose story recently went viral on the social media after it was featured on CNN. He adopted creativity and unwavering determination to defeat the common enemy facing many a Nigerian youth today.

If you eyes are opened to see the immense capabilities that lie untapped within you, you’ll literally jump out of your bed and run across the streets shouting “Eureka” “Eureka” just as Archimedes did.

Your fulfillment in life lies in discovering your purpose. Purpose is the reason for your being, why you were created. A lot of people merely trudge through life without caring to find out why God created them. No amount of money you acquire can make you happy, if you lack a sense of purpose.
