Beware of Fraudulent Job Notifications

How to identify a scam

We are committed to ensuring that all job ads placed on this blog are for legitimate job opportunities. We have zero tolerance for scam jobs and have put in place measures to protect candidates. Please note that all job opportunities offered here come at no charge. Don't take  seriously anyone soliciting for your funds in the name of offering you a job.

Be wary of the following:
  • Any upfront fee (e.g. for 'processing' your application).
  • Bank or credit card details.
  • Non work-related personal information
  • Usernames and passwords
  • Calls from private or withheld numbers
  • Interviews in unidentified buildings or locations
If in doubt or you have any concern, 'google up' the company that has job openings to verify their authenticity.

What to do if you suspect a job ad to be fraudulent:
  • Do NOT respond to the ad
  • If you have supplied your bank account or credit card details, please contact your financial institution immediately and ask for their advice.
  • Blacklist them on the social media and other platforms.

Wishing you the best...
